Museum of Anthropology

Discover North Carolina's only museum dedicated to the study of global cultures with a visit to the Museum of Anthropology (MOA) at Wake Forest University. The Museum's permanent exhibits display objects from as far away as Africa, Oceania, and Latin America, and as nearby as North Carolina's Yadkin River Valley. Featured exhibits in 2010 will discuss topics including tattooing in traditional cultures and the Mexican Day of the Dead celebration. Exhibits include hands-on activities for all ages. Admission is free.
