Boyd Observatory

A 16 ' id cement block building with a 12 ' fully rotating aluminum dome, houses a 16 " Newtonian telescope with support electronics. Weekend programs are designed to expose young visitors to the basic science of astronomy. The facility can accommodate groups of 12. Reservations are recommended.
