High Point Museum and Historical Park

The High Point Museum collects, preserves, and interprets the history of greater High Point to develop, encourage, and foster a shared understanding and appreciation of our community through knowledge of its past. The entire lower level of the Museum, which is more than 40% of the museum's available gallery space, is devoted to the "High Point's Furniture Heritage" exhibit. The overall theme of the exhibit - that High Point and the furniture business became successful together, each supporting the other - is demonstrated.
